a more descriptive site guide. Each of the main sections will be

Why is everything all over:Well actually it's not.
Many web sites have menus at the top or side
with a white background and minimal colors,
and we find this plain ole boring. Not to mention white
and bright backgrounds are harsh on the eyes.
To change things up colors, backgrounds, and even layout change,
just to keep things interesting. We also use some flash, but not too much
as many sites do. We understand some of our visitors still have dial-up or slow
internet, we try to keep things easy to load while still offering high quality images.
Some things that will always stay
the same is easy access if you need it. Simply scroll down to the bottom
of every page and there are links to the Home page, The Compass,
Site Map, and Contact Us Page. You will also frequently see a drop down menu
with links to the main sections and pages.
And as always if you still can't find what you are looking for,

How to Place a Critter Express OrderUsing the Shopping CartWhen you find an item you want to purchase, simply click on the "Add to Cart"
button, generally located below the item.
This will add the item to a PayPal shopping cart for you and open your cart in a new window
In the new window you can change the quanity of your chosen item(s)
If you change the quantity, please click on "Update Cart"
to update the price and changes
From there you can "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to Checkout"
In checkout please make sure your information is accurate so that we can
contact you and get your items to you without problems
You can pay with PayPal, Credit Card, or a Bank Card/Account
This is the fastest way to process your order

How to Fill Out an Order FormPlease go to the Critter Express Order Forms Page
and choose your appropriate order form:
Online Store (in stock), Catalog, Custom, and Print Forms
Please fill out the order form with your information:
First and Last Name, E-mail Address, Shipping Address,
Billing Address if different from Shipping Address, and Phone Number...
Please verify your information is correctly input to avoid delays
Then choose a payment option from the drop down menu.
We accept PayPal and Credit Cards through PayPal. If you select
this option we will e-mail you an invoice, allowing you to pay
through the PayPal secure web site. You do not need a PayPal account to do this.
We also accept US Checks, and US Money Orders.
If you select this option we will verify your order, via e-mail or phone
Upon receipt/confirmation of payment we will process and ship your order
Then select the options for your first product.
Please choose from the drop down menu your product choice:
Half-Pint Card, Friendly Card, Postcard, Photograph Print, or Calendar.
Please type in the "photo code" for your chosen photograph
Photo Codes are the letters and numbers on your picture
Then, please choose how many of that item you want
from the drop down Quantity menu
(if more than 13, please just fill out another item)
If your order is complete please check the box, if not leave this blank and
continue by submitting order. You will be guided to a second page to add to your order
if you wish. Please fill out additional forms accordingly,
following the same routine.
Once order is complete please check
the order complete box and click sumbit order.
Upon receiving your order we will process the information and
send you an Order Confirmation E-mail, with Payment instructions.
We will then process and ship your order upon confirmation of payment.
How to order Products by mailSelect the Printable Order Form.
If you wish to use this option please do one of two things to open the PDF file;
Either click to open the link and then select print from your Internet program.
Or Right Click and select Save Target As, save and print the PDF file from your computer.
Once you have printed the order forms please write in your information:
First and Last Name, E-mail Address, Shipping Address, Billing Address
if different from Shipping Address, and Phone Number.
We accept US Checks and US Money Orders for mail in orders.
Sorry we can only process international orders online using Paypal.
Then select the options for your first Product.
Write in Photo Code
Choose Product Type and Quantity
Choose Greeting/Poem if you wish
Please print out additional order forms as needed.
Please total your order (6% sales tax applies for Pennsylvania Residents).
