Pics by Lis hopes to bring you quality photographs, interesting and fun books and poetry, informative articles and tidbits, pleasant paintings, creative graphics and web design, and postcards and cards you like to share with loved ones. Use of Information Please be assured Pics By Lis and PicsbyLis.com will never sell or give away your information, or use it for anything other than processing your order or answering questions or queries; unless ordered to reveal it to the law in an official court investigation.
Your information on a regular
basis would be shared with third parties on a regular basis only to process your order with the following;
Payment through PayPal or cashing your check/money order at the bank
Shipping/Mailing Address through shipping company: generally the United States Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx.
Other Information collected is not personably identifiable, such as cookies. We do not have access to any information other than a count of how many people visit our site. To delete cookies please delete them from your temporary internet file on your system.

Online ProofsBy using the site you also agree
to not hold Pics By Lis or Lisa responsible if you are unable to preview photos, view your online proofs, for whatever reason, included but not limited to times when the site is down for updates or server issues, or if you are unable to get on your online proofs.
Online Proofs for the Down on the Farm Studio and Critter Express are only posted for the time given; proofs are generally 60 days. If you wish to have them posted longer there generally is a small fee to help pay for the space required.
By using Pics By Lis' services you agree that Pics By Lis is neither responsible nor liable if you cannot view your proofs due to lack of internet connection, internet trouble, or computer trouble. Of course we try to be accommodating and understanding, but please try to visit a friend's or any public library will surely help you get on the site.
By using Pics By Lis' photography and design services, you agree that is it the customer/client's obligation to find the means and media to view your online proofs.
Also, though we try our best to please, we cannot guarantee you will like or dislike your proofs, as everyone has their own opinion. There is no refund for services or products provided for this reason.
If for any reason payment for a shoot, especially a large event, is delayed photographer is under no obligation to provide services or package products until final payment. If final payment for a wedding is not delivered by the date specified by the contract, then estimated period for proof posting stated as per the contract begins from the date final payment is made instead of from wedding date.
If for example the final payment of the wedding photography fee was to be no later than the date of a wedding, and proofs would be given within two months; however payment was not delivered until two weeks later, then that two month period would begin on the date of final payment.
Photography Shoot and/or Design Fees and RefundsThe "Shooting Fee" for a Pics By Lis photography shoot or the "Design Fee” for a Pics By Lis web site or other design, is generally at least half up front, and must be paid in advance or at the time of the shoot/design and is non-refundable.
Once you view your proofs and place an order, and we confirm the order, orders will be placed upon payment confirmation. If a customer confirms an order, and pays at least half in advance the order will not be cancelled and the first half is non-refundable whether you want your prints or not.
Once a web site/domain name is purchased it cannot be returned or refunded.
Once an agreement is made between you and Pics By Lis, the fee/job cannot be returned or refunded
Damaged ProductsAlso products are provided "as is". Any damage incurred after products are received; such has tearing, water damage, etc, is beyond Pics By Lis's responsibility. However, if your order is damaged during the original shipping to you, please contact us and we will work out an exchange with you.
Online StoreThe Critter Express Online Store now has a shopping cart. The shopping cart is provided by PayPal. You can purchase products using your PayPal account or various credit cards or a bank card. Pics By Lis does not have access to your payment information. You do not need a PayPal account to make a payment.
Any information that Pics By Lis retains will be used only to process your order(s) and in our records for future orders, exchanges, etc. Information will not be shared with any third parties as stated in the terms above.
If you prefer not to pay online we request that you e-mail your order to order@picsbylis.com or fill out the traditional order form. This will require a longer period of time due to responses, your payment of US check or money order, confirmation of payment, and so forth.
Design LicensingWeb site and/or graphics designs are granted a limited license, they are licensed for your use in designing your web site and/or print product design, unless otherwise agreed upon.
We respectfully request that they are used for these purposes only, unless otherwise agreed upon by written permission.
Print LicenseYou may only print/copy Pics By Lis photos with written permission from Pics By Lis, in the form of a Print Release.
Any prints you order from Pics By Lis will be the original quality without our logo on the image, however this does not grant you permissions, rights, licenses, or release to copy and/or distribute our copyrighted images. By ordering our prints you agree you will not copy, scan, photograph, etc our images. Thank you for keeping Pics By Lis Original.
Estimated Time TablesWe will work on your site in the time allotted, but are not responsible for delays due to prior and/or other obligations. Services are provided on a first come first serve basis, and your design might be after another’s.
Please be assured we shall try to get your site up and running as soon as possible. Pics By Lis designs follow the terms above, including but not limited to “not responsible for viruses, mistakes, etc.” Please check for any mistakes and notify us of them.
We strive to accommodate your ideas and design likes, however, Pics By Lis cannot guarantee that we shall be able to work all of those into your design.
We also request that if you want an item used for your design that you own the copyright for it, in other words Pics By Lis only uses original works, either from Pics By Lis, Lisa M. Ford, or the person/company wanting the design. Few exceptions are allowed, such as listed above; such as forms and hosting from doteasy.com, shopping carts from PayPal, etc.
AgreementBy using this site, and/or Pics By Lis Products and/or services you agree to these terms.
You acknowledge that this agreement may be changed and/or updated at any time without notifying you, please see this page for current terms.
This agreement may be substituted for and treated as a contract between you and Pics By Lis.
